1. Who can integrate with the FL3XX API?
Any approved partner, service provider, or operator with a valid agreement can integrate with the FL3XX API. You must sign an NDA and any other required agreements before access is granted.
2. How do I start using the FL3XX API?
Follow the steps outlined in our Getting Started Guide.
3. How long does the integration process take?
The timeline depends on your development speed and the complexity of your integration.
- Completing agreements and obtaining sandbox access: a few days
- Full integration including testing: typically a few weeks to a few months
4. What kind of support does FL3XX offer during integration?
FL3XX provides:
- Up to two hours of free support via email or video calls
- Additional support on a case-by-case basis (may be billable)
5. Can I access production credentials without going through staging?
No. You must first complete testing in the Test and Stage Environments.
Only after successful testing can production credentials be requested by the operator on your behalf.
6. Are there any security requirements for using the API?
Yes. All integrators must follow these key security requirements:
- 🔒 Securely store API tokens to prevent unauthorized access
- 🚫 Do not share API data with unauthorized parties
- ⚠️ Handle unexpected properties in API responses gracefully
- 🧬 Do not manipulate or modify API-generated IDs

Generally, bulk calls should be avoided. Excessive traffic may result in your token being revoked.
