FL3XX is a powerful sales tool that allows users to calculate comprehensive quotes in seconds.
Three Types of Pricing Items
1. General
FL3XX offers a portfolio of default variables available to all operators for standard pricing calculations.
2. Custom Price Items
Every operator can create its own customized entries (for example, Wi‑Fi surcharge, red‑carpet fee, and similar) for specialized services.
3. Pricing Engine
Operators wishing to go beyond ordinary quoting usually opt for the FL3XX Pricing Engine — a powerful tool for comprehensive, customized, and automated pricing calculations.
Account Code Integration
Each item in the matrix can be assigned an account code, which appears in the API payload as shown below.
1. The amount USD 10,600.00 in the screenshot below is the first “Pax Flt” in the matrix in the previous image, where you can see the same amount in the Sold column on the right.
2. "categoryAccountCode": "402000" (as shown in Postman) refers to the account code set in the settings.

Important Limitation
Removing pricing lines in the Accounting Codes settings is not supported. Plan your account‑code structure carefully during initial setup.
